1/24:Intro to Fusing and Slumping: Fused Garden Stakes Saturday 2-5pm(1 Day)

Step into the world of glass fusing with this beginner-friendly workshop designed to teach you the core skills of the craft! In this class, you’ll learn the basics of glass cutting, how to safely and effectively shape your materials, and take part in a kiln discussion that covers essential fusing terms, firing schedules, and temperature ranges—perfect for anyone curious about how the magic happens behind the scenes.
Your project for the day will be a 3" x 24" fused glass garden stake. You’ll design and assemble your own colorful creation, exploring pattern, texture, and layering as you build a piece that’s both vibrant and weather-friendly. After firing, your finished stake will be ready to brighten any garden or plant display. All materials included.
All materials are included—just bring your creativity and enthusiasm. This is the perfect introductory class for anyone wanting to experience glass fusing for the first time or expand their artistic toolbox!
