Spring Contest Reveal Party+ Sale

Saturday, March 11th 2-5pm

Spring is here! You are invited to our Spring Contest Reveal Party! Join us on Saturday, March 11th 2-5pm to talk with the artists, enjoy free refreshments, and inspiration. There will also be a store-wide sale happening during the party. The winners will be announced!

Romy Randev

Romy Randev of Looma Lites creates contemporary lamps which are a unique hybrid of modern design and technology and old-world craftsmanship. Made of handmade kiln-fired glass, bamboo and LEDs, our lamps are built to last a lifetime using sustainable materials.

With the ability to change light color and swap glass plates, Looma offers an entirely new approach to lighting. Fired in a kiln for over twenty hours, each piece of glass is one of a kind. The colored glass and lighting create spectacular combinations of light and color, dramatically enhancing the mood of any space.

Kathy Kenny

Kathy Kenny's festive adornments combine her handmade glass beads and pendants with colorful buttons & vintage glass.  This collection celebrates the colors of Mexico, where Kathy lives part of the year.

Peter Mollica

Peter is an internationally revered stained glass artist, author, and central figure in the studio glass movement in the Bay Area since 1975. He has an extraordinarily unique design technique from the graphic role of lead, to the choice of using exclusively mouth-blown sheet glass in his work.

Sawyer Rose

This artist uses glass to illuminate issues in the local flora and fauna. She creates glowing lightboxes that appear to echo to the plants she pays homage to. She wants to bring to light the plights of planting non-native species, and the native species that are endangered by these "exotic" plants.

Ellen Clark

Ellen is a fusing artist who built her wide range glass skills here at the Stained Glass Garden in our Fusing, Stained Glass and Mosaic Courses. She is a well traveled artist who features imagery of the animals and natural habitats of her exotic escapades. Her work showcases her exceptional skill of creating likenesses with glass paints- not an easy feat for any glass fuser! We are excited to showcase her versility as an artist working in our favorite medium- glass!

Christine Heath

Christine's use of the mosacic technique is not only bold, but also fun! Her work featured in the show "Love n' Kaos," during last February included stunning mosaic objects from flamingos, to skulls, and even waterguns. Some of Christine's work also displayed the interesting results created from layering glass and resin.
